Aromatherapy Essential Oils & Flower Essences

Aromatherapy is much more than pretty smells!

Essential oils have been well researched for their effect on stress, anxiety and sleep. Now the research is delving into more complex health conditions and having great results.

Pure ssential oils have been used for thousands of years throughout the world, and have proved their efficacy in treating common health problems as well as ‘hard to treat’ infections that modern medicine cannot treat with antibiotics or other drugs.

While they are natural healing substances, it is important to know what you are doing and use them safely. It is wise to seek professional advice so that you can be aware of possible reactions or other issues, correct dosage and method of use, as well as get the best blend made for your unique condition.

Essential oils have a natural affinity for our bodies helping to balance and harmonise the various organs and systems of the body. Our sense of smell is very powerful, and aromatherapy is very popular because of the beautiful effect of their aromas on our senses. They can be utilised in many ways to promote healing and wellbeing within the home and work environment.

  • Destroying bacterial, viral and fungal infections.
  • Nourishing and healing the skin.
  • Boosting the immune system.
  • Calming the mind & relieving anxiety. Improves sleep.
  • Harmonising hormones.
  • Stimulating the mind and memory.
  • Creating healthy, appealing and fragrant environments in our home and workplaces.

After a consultation to determine the most appropriate combination of essential oils, an individualised aromatherapy blend is prepared for your unique requirements.

Aromatic creams and oil blends can be made for face and body, massage and aromatic baths.

Aromatic Sprays for personal use or to create healthy, harmonious homes and workplaces.

Flower Essences  are a vibrational medicine that have been used for thousands of years by many ancient cultures – Aboriginal, Indian, Egyptian,  South American and European.

They have made a big resurgence in the last 60 or so years since Dr Edward Bach first developed his Bach Flower range of essences in England. Modern medicine is catching up with traditional medicine and recognising the effect of emotions in many diseases.

Flower Essences have been accepted around the world for their rapid, profound  and subtle effects on many emotional and physical problems, and can even be purchased in many Chemists and Health Food shops.

The Australian Bush Flower Essences and One Garden Essences work quickly, deeply and subtly on stress and anxiety, grief and many other emotional issues as well as physical problems.

“Our biography affects our biology”. Research over the past few decades has shown that our body responds to how we are feeling and thinking and coping with life, and this affects our health and wellbeing.

I was starting to get hot flushes and some of the other symptoms of menopause such as poor sleep pattern, and getting a bit “snappy” with the family. I found that the Flower Essence blend really helped to change everything very quickly, I was falling asleep more easily, and staying asleep, back to my nice calm self with the family, and no hot flushes! Susan C, Canberra
How do I use the Flower Essences? They are dispensed in a dropper bottle and taken as drops under the tongue twice a day, and can be added into creams or sprays, or applied directly to the skin. There are no harmful ingredients, and because they are a vibrational medicine there are no traces of essential oils and no fragrance, so they can be used safely on all ages, and in combination with other medicines.

Consultations can be done in person, or by phone or Skype. See SHOP tab for details and costs.
